Everything is by the numbers, meaning conviction rates. You’re going ahead and doing plea outs, and criminals are back on the street. That comes back to haunt you.”

Monday’s hearing before State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia was held to consider which of Ziegler’s statements to law enforcement agents will be admissible at Ziegler’s upcoming felony animal-cruelty trial. Prosecutors Kristen A. St. Mary and Matthew A. Albert of the Erie County District Attorney’s Office want to use Ziegler’s comments to the parole officer.
The prosecutors, however, said they would not use at trial Ziegler’s comments to a Ferry-Fillmore District detective. The handwritten document containing Ziegler’s statement was difficult for the judge to decipher.
And they will not rely on Ziegler’s audiotaped comments to the detective.
Meanwhile, defense attorney E. Earl Key, who is Ziegler’s assigned counsel, wants Ziegler’s comments to Anderson excluded, asserting that Anderson was acting in his law enforcement capacity and never read Ziegler his Miranda rights.
Buscaglia reserved his ruling .

Erie County District Attorney Frank A. Sedita, III announced that 32 year old Nicholas E. Carducci of 91 Pomona Street, Buffalo, was found guilty, as charged, of Burglary in the Second Degree, after a two week jury trial before Acting County Court Judge E. Jeannette Ogden of Burglary in the Second Degree. This is the highest charge Carducci faced at trial.
The jury rejected Mr. Sacha’s litany of uncorroborated claims and collectively and unanimously convicted the defendant. Mr. Sacha demanded that each juror be asked to individually attest to their verdict; the jurors then individually and unanimously convicted the defendant

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking to purchase up to 7,000 “personal defense weapons” (PDW) -- the same rifles called "assault weapons" when owned by civilians, The Blaze reported Saturday.
The initial request was posted last June, but just recently came to light, Jason Howerton wrote.
According to Steve McGough of RadioViceOnline.com, DHS said the "select-fire" weapons are “suitable for personal defense use in close quarters.” The weapons sought by the DHS would be capable of semi-automatic and automatic fire and would be equipped with high-capacity 30-round magazines, the same type some want to see banned for use by civilians.
New York state Sen. Greg Ball, a Republican, addressed the request in a press released earlier this week.
“Now the Department of Homeland Security even agrees that these modern sporting firearms, made illegal by Governor Cuomo, are suitable for self defense," he said.

A federal judge pointed to those “loathsome” incidents of racial harassment in ruling that the former Lackawanna steelworker is entitled to $6 million in damages from his former employers. “The unyielding harassment took its toll,” Chief U.S. District Judge William M. I believe these 3 guys have ensured a solid fondation with their Amendments that were voted on and passed "UNANIMOUSLY" at the last union meeting. Hopefully these amendments can START to move us in a possitive direction as well as closer together as a brother and sisterhood of police officers. I applaud the officers in California that had to deal with the murdering ex-cop. The Police were being fired upon by this murdering thug. They simply out smarted this jerk. Two successive Erie County district attorneys passed on prosecuting Democratic kingpin G. Steven Pigeon in the election fraud case involving Paul T. Clark's 2007 campaign for county executive out of fear of Pigeon's political power, the long-time chief prosecutor of public corruption for the county charges.
Mark A. Sacha, a 22-year veteran of the district attorney's office who until January held its third ranking post, told The Buffalo News that neither District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III nor his predecessor, Frank J. Clark, would act on results of a yearlong probe that he summarized in a 13-page memorandum supported by more than 50 pages of evidence and findings of law.
The evidence that he compiled, Sacha says, shows that Pigeon laundered a $10,000 contribution from former County Executive Joel A. Giambra's campaign fund to Paul T. Clark's unsuccessful campaign to succeed Giambra as county executive. In fact, Sacha says, Sedita demoted him and cut his pay two days after Sacha handed him the report. Sacha now calls for Sedita to recuse himself from the case and refer it to a special prosecutor.
Sacha says he is raising serious questions about the integrity of the local elective process, given the refusal of the district attorney's office to prosecute allegations against Pigeon. In addition, he calls "disingenuous" Sedita's Sept. 11 public statements lamenting the inability of his office to probe election law violations for a lack of staff. He labeled Sedita's inaction "an effort to disguise a blatant conflict of interest and abuse of discretion."
"These matters involve the district attorney's sworn responsibility to enforce the law and do justice in the public interest," Sacha said. "These matters include instances where the power of the district attorney has been used improperly to protect political interests and to retaliate against me for pursuing an ongoing investigation.
"Prosecuting the powerless is easy," he added. "The real test is when you are asked to investigate the powerful. District Attorney Sedita so far has failed the test."

Great post about signaling your LE while off duty. A street wise Thug will immediately identify you and could take total advantage of that situation. When your off duty and forced into action, its like operating on half power. The Thug knows he has the advantage from the get go. You are alone, your actions are not those of an indemnified on duty officer, your witnesses are not cops, they are bystanders. The Thug will be able to determine if they can disarm you before an altercation. If you are suffering from the "John Wayne" syndrome, you will be lucky to stay alive. Jackson's wife, Sandi Jackson, has also agreed to plead guilty to a related charge of filing false tax returns, according to her attorneys. She resigned her seat on the Chicago city council last month.
Both Jacksons, once considered one of the most powerful couples in the city, issued statements accepting responsibility.
"I offer no excuses for my conduct and I fully accept my responsibility for the improper decisions and mistakes I have made," said Jesse Jackson Jr, a Democrat, in his statement. He faces fraud and conspiracy charges.
Jackson's wife said in a statement that she was "deeply sorry" for her actions.
Once considered one of the most promising black politicians in the United States, Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned his congressional seat on Nov. 21 for health reasons, acknowledging at the time that he was under investigation by the FBI.
Jackson was once talked about as having the potential to become the first black president, noted Andy Shaw, president and CEO of the Chicago-based Better Government Association.
"Instead of heading for the White House, he is heading for the big house, and that is an enormous fall from grace," Shaw said in a radio interview on WBBM-AM.
Jackson's father, a former presidential candidate, was not immediately available for comment.
Prosecutors said at least seven people were involved in the scheme to divert campaign funds to personal uses.
Among the accusations is that Jesse Jackson, Jr. shipped a $43,350 men's Rolex watch purchased with campaign funds to his D.C. address. He also shipped fur capes and parkas purchased with $5,150 in campaign funds to the Beverly Hills home of an unnamed person, the documents said.
As part of the case, the government said Jackson must forfeit tens of thousands of dollars in celebrity memorabilia derived from the alleged crimes, including a $4,600 fedora that once belonged to late pop star Michael Jackson.
Under federal sentencing guidelines, if convicted, Jackson faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and his wife three years, but defendants who accept responsibility are typically sentenced to much less than the maximum term.

Police Officer Michael Crain was shot and killed when he and his partner were ambushed as they were stopped at a red light at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Arlington Avenue at about 1:30 am. A subject opened fire on their patrol car, fatally wounding Officer Crain and severely wounding his partner.
The officers were ambushed by an ex-Los Angeles Police Department officer who had been fired in 2008. Several days earlier the subject had murdered Public Safety Officer Keith Lawrence, of the University of Southern California Department of Public Safety, and his fiancee. His fiancee was the daughter of an LAPD captain who had been involved in the personnel review that led to his firing. It is believed that the subject had researched Officer Lawrence's background as a law enforcement officer prior to ambushing and murdering them. The subject then posted an online manifesto admitting to the murders and stated he would seek revenge on other officials involved with his personnel review and dismissal from the department.
Shortly before Officer Crain and his partner were shot, the subject shot and wounded an LAPD officer in Corona who was on a protective detail as a result of the threats made by the subject.
On Tuesday, February 12th, 2013, the subject was located in San Bernardino County by game wardens with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. After a shootout the subject fled to a nearby cabin and became engaged in a prolonged shootout with members of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. Detective Jeremiah MacKay was fatally wounded and another was seriously wounded.
The subject committed suicide after the cabin he was barricaded in became engulfed in flames.
Officer Crain was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and had served with the Riverside Police Department for 11 years. He is survived by his wife, son, and daughter
Jamestown PD just had an in custody death of a suspect. Initial reports are that the suspect died after being hit with a tazer. I guess that would end any hopes that Buffalo will get tasers to combat these nut cases that fight with police.

In response to a story YNN told you about first last week, the Buffalo Common Council President says police are addressing a shortage of crossing guards in the city.
Council President Rich Fontana says he had a meeting with the Police Commissioner Thursday afternoon.
Commissioner Daniel Derenda tells Fontana police have filled in for crossing guards at busy intersection for a number of years, but Derenda says its become more prevalent recently because of a string of retirements and call-ins.
The commissioner tells Fontana the department has been slow to hire new crossing guards but does plan to do so.
Police are also planning to have a top to bottom review of city intersections to see if the department can be more efficient.
At the request of the Council President, two crossing guards will be assigned to the intersection at Kensington and Bailey Avenue.
Last week, YNN found numerous residents concerned about the safety of children crossing those streets.

Firearm and firearm-related companies have stated they will no longer sell items to states, counties, cities and municipalities that restrict their citizens' rights to own them.
According to The Police Loophole, 34 companies have joined in publicly stating that governments who seek to restrict 2nd Amendment rights will themselves be restricted from purchasing the items they seek to limit or ban.

Atlanta's rate (17.2) is about the same as South Africa (17).
Cleveland (17.4) has a higher rate than the Dominican Republic (16.3).

Gun homicide in Chicago (11.6) is similar to Guyana (11.5). Phoenix's rate (10.6) is slightly higher than Mexico (10). Los Angeles (9.2) is comparable to the Philippines (8.9). Buscaglia was held to consider which of Ziegler’s statements to law enforcement agents will be admissible at Ziegler’s upcoming felony animal-cruelty trial. Prosecutors Kristen A. St. Mary and Matthew A. Albert of the Erie County District Attorney’s Office want to use Ziegler’s comments to the parole officer.
The prosecutors, however, said they would not use at trial Ziegler’s comments to a Ferry-Fillmore District detective. The handwritten document containing Ziegler’s statement was difficult for the judge to decipher.
And they will not rely on Ziegler’s audiotaped comments to the detective.
Meanwhile, defense attorney E. Earl Key, who is Ziegler’s assigned counsel, wants Ziegler’s comments to Anderson excluded, asserting that Anderson was acting in his law enforcement capacity and never read Ziegler his Miranda rights.
Buscaglia reserved his ruling .

Carducci of 91 Pomona Street, Buffalo, was found guilty, as charged, of Burglary in the Second Degree, after a two week jury trial before Acting County Court Judge E. Jeannette Ogden of Burglary in the Second Degree. This is the highest charge Carducci faced at trial.
The jury rejected Mr. Sacha’s litany of uncorroborated claims and collectively and unanimously convicted the defendant. Mr. Sacha demanded that each juror be asked to individually attest to their verdict; the jurors then individually and unanimously convicted the defendant

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking to purchase up to 7,000 “personal defense weapons” (PDW) -- the same rifles called "assault weapons" when owned by civilians, The Blaze reported Saturday.
The initial request was posted last June, but just recently came to light, Jason Howerton wrote.
According to Steve McGough of RadioViceOnline.com, DHS said the "select-fire" weapons are “suitable for personal defense use in close quarters.” The weapons sought by the DHS would be capable of semi-automatic and automatic fire and would be equipped with high-capacity 30-round magazines, the same type some want to see banned for use by civilians.
New York state Sen. Greg Ball, a Republican, addressed the request in a press released earlier this week.
“Now the Department of Homeland Security even agrees that these modern sporting firearms, made illegal by Governor Cuomo, are suitable for self defense," he said.

6 Million dollars harassment won
A federal judge pointed to those “loathsome” incidents of racial harassment in ruling that the former Lackawanna steelworker is entitled to $6 million in damages from his former employers.
“The unyielding harassment took its toll,” Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny said of Turley. “And by the time he left, he was broken and dispirited.”
Skretny, in a recent decision, reduced the $25 million that a jury awarded Turley after a three-week trial last year.
[ But, for the most part, he upheld the jury’s determination that Turley’s former employers were liable for a culture of racial discrimination that existed at the steel plant.]
Citing “reprehensible” conduct, the judge pointed to several incidents of racial harassment, including offensive name-calling, monkey sounds broadcast over a public address system and a co-worker’s threats against Turley’s life.
“The overt racist harassment lasted for more than three years,” Skretny said in his decision. “It did not improve with time; it escalated. Investigations were feeble and perfunctory; responses were cursory.”
Skretny’s decision is the result of the defendants’ request for a new trial and its contention that the original jury verdict was excessive given evidence in the case.
During the trial, lawyers for Arcelor-Mittal admitted that many of the incidents happened but argued that the company and its executives were caught in the middle.
They also suggested that much of what happened at the steel plant is the kind of “trash-talking” that’s common in manufacturing facilities
They specifically pointed to former Labor Relations Manager Larry D. Sampsell, former Human Resources Manager Gerald C. Marchand and the former manager of the pickler department, Thomas Jaworski, all of whom were found liable in the case.
In the end, Skretny also found them responsible.

One would think the mayor of the second-largest city in New York State would have more to say on the new gun control legislation championed by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.
That is, unless said mayor is more interested in currying political favor from a political party with slim numbers in his city. Such appears to be the sad case when it comes to Buffalo Mayor Byron W. Brown, who has yet to state his unequivocal support for the legislation.

I am not a Senior Buffalo Police Officer but im not a rookie either. I do understand the problems that have occured in OUR past PBA and would like to thank: 1st Vice Prez. KEVIN KENNEDY, Capt. CUESELLA, and P.O. STEVE ZIP for their time and efforts to ensure that those mistakes don't happen again. I believe these 3 guys have ensured a solid fondation with their Amendments that were voted on and passed "UNANIMOUSLY" at the last union meeting. Hopefully these amendments can START to move us in a possitive direction as well as closer together as a brother and sisterhood of police officers. Keep up the good work gentlemen and stay safe my fellow officers.

J.P. & B.M. both have their eyes covered with their hands hoping the rest of the union body can't see them and will go away. I'm not even mad anymore at this show. It has become entertaining. The last meeting questions could not be asked due to the retirement party. The meeting could have been scheduled to start 30 minutes earlier but that wasn't an option for some reason. It was even suggested to the President to call a meeting this week or next week to address all past issues instead of letting them fester for another month. J.P. would not commit to that either. Come to the next Show, I mean meeting and see how the topic is avoided again. There isn't popcorn but drinks are served afterwards. Legend has it that B.M. is said to put the extra delegate cash on the bar for drinks.

I applaud the officers in California that had to deal with the murdering ex-cop. The Police were being fired upon by this murdering thug. They simply out smarted this jerk. By deploying tear gas canisters (burners) they knew that the suspect would not be able to stay in the cabin firing at them. The Shitbird had 4 choices. 1: come out with hands raised, no weapons and surrender. 2: come out in a blaze of gun fire and die. 3: stay in the cabin and burn to death. 4: Put a bullet in your head and die, make the world happy again!!!! By using tear gas, they were assured that this criminal could no longer shoot at them from within for more than a few moments longer. Two successive Erie County district attorneys passed on prosecuting Democratic kingpin G. Steven Pigeon in the election fraud case involving Paul T. Clark's 2007 campaign for county executive out of fear of Pigeon's political power, the long-time chief prosecutor of public corruption for the county charges.
Mark A. Sacha, a 22-year veteran of the district attorney's office who until January held its third ranking post, told The Buffalo News that neither District Attorney Frank A. Sedita III nor his predecessor, Frank J. Clark, would act on results of a yearlong probe that he summarized in a 13-page memorandum supported by more than 50 pages of evidence and findings of law.
The evidence that he compiled, Sacha says, shows that Pigeon laundered a $10,000 contribution from former County Executive Joel A. Giambra's campaign fund to Paul T. Clark's unsuccessful campaign to succeed Giambra as county executive. In fact, Sacha says, Sedita demoted him and cut his pay two days after Sacha handed him the report. Sacha now calls for Sedita to recuse himself from the case and refer it to a special prosecutor.
Sacha says he is raising serious questions about the integrity of the local elective process, given the refusal of the district attorney's office to prosecute allegations against Pigeon. In addition, he calls "disingenuous" Sedita's Sept. 11 public statements lamenting the inability of his office to probe election law violations for a lack of staff. He labeled Sedita's inaction "an effort to disguise a blatant conflict of interest and abuse of discretion."
"These matters involve the district attorney's sworn responsibility to enforce the law and do justice in the public interest," Sacha said. "These matters include instances where the power of the district attorney has been used improperly to protect political interests and to retaliate against me for pursuing an ongoing investigation.
"Prosecuting the powerless is easy," he added. "The real test is when you are asked to investigate the powerful. District Attorney Sedita so far has failed the test."

An officer should have a gun with him whenever he or she is not at home. There is no predicting when or where an incident may happen, but officers should be prepared at all times. If an officer doesn't carry when in bars or at sporting events, I assume that officer is a Drunkard who feels they would not be in control of themselves or their gun. Great post about signaling your LE while off duty. A street wise Thug will immediately identify you and could take total advantage of that situation. When your off duty and forced into action, its like operating on half power. The Thug knows he has the advantage from the get go. You are alone, your actions are not those of an indemnified on duty officer, your witnesses are not cops, they are bystanders. The Thug will be able to determine if they can disarm you before an altercation. If you are suffering from the "John Wayne" syndrome, you will be lucky to stay alive. Hopefully the Thug will be happy with your gun and wallet and flee. But most likely, you will at the very least receive a severe beating and will be relieved of your firearm. WASHINGTON/CHICAGO, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Former Chicago congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., son of the famed civil rights leader, plans to plead guilty to charges filed on Friday accusing him of misusing $750,000 in campaign funds, his attorney said.
Jackson's wife, Sandi Jackson, has also agreed to plead guilty to a related charge of filing false tax returns, according to her attorneys. She resigned her seat on the Chicago city council last month.
Both Jacksons, once considered one of the most powerful couples in the city, issued statements accepting responsibility.
"I offer no excuses for my conduct and I fully accept my responsibility for the improper decisions and mistakes I have made," said Jesse Jackson Jr, a Democrat, in his statement. He faces fraud and conspiracy charges.
Jackson's wife said in a statement that she was "deeply sorry" for her actions.
Once considered one of the most promising black politicians in the United States, Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned his congressional seat on Nov. 21 for health reasons, acknowledging at the time that he was under investigation by the FBI.
Jackson was once talked about as having the potential to become the first black president, noted Andy Shaw, president and CEO of the Chicago-based Better Government Association.
"Instead of heading for the White House, he is heading for the big house, and that is an enormous fall from grace," Shaw said in a radio interview on WBBM-AM.
Jackson's father, a former presidential candidate, was not immediately available for comment.
Prosecutors said at least seven people were involved in the scheme to divert campaign funds to personal uses.
Among the accusations is that Jesse Jackson, Jr. shipped a $43,350 men's Rolex watch purchased with campaign funds to his D.C. address. He also shipped fur capes and parkas purchased with $5,150 in campaign funds to the Beverly Hills home of an unnamed person, the documents said.
As part of the case, the government said Jackson must forfeit tens of thousands of dollars in celebrity memorabilia derived from the alleged crimes, including a $4,600 fedora that once belonged to late pop star Michael Jackson.
Under federal sentencing guidelines, if convicted, Jackson faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and his wife three years, but defendants who accept responsibility are typically sentenced to much less than the maximum term.

Police Officer Michael Crain was shot and killed when he and his partner were ambushed as they were stopped at a red light at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Arlington Avenue at about 1:30 am. A subject opened fire on their patrol car, fatally wounding Officer Crain and severely wounding his partner.
The officers were ambushed by an ex-Los Angeles Police Department officer who had been fired in 2008. Several days earlier the subject had murdered Public Safety Officer Keith Lawrence, of the University of Southern California Department of Public Safety, and his fiancee. His fiancee was the daughter of an LAPD captain who had been involved in the personnel review that led to his firing. It is believed that the subject had researched Officer Lawrence's background as a law enforcement officer prior to ambushing and murdering them. The subject then posted an online manifesto admitting to the murders and stated he would seek revenge on other officials involved with his personnel review and dismissal from the department.
Shortly before Officer Crain and his partner were shot, the subject shot and wounded an LAPD officer in Corona who was on a protective detail as a result of the threats made by the subject.
On Tuesday, February 12th, 2013, the subject was located in San Bernardino County by game wardens with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. After a shootout the subject fled to a nearby cabin and became engaged in a prolonged shootout with members of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. Detective Jeremiah MacKay was fatally wounded and another was seriously wounded.
The subject committed suicide after the cabin he was barricaded in became engulfed in flames.
Officer Crain was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and had served with the Riverside Police Department for 11 years. He is survived by his wife, son, and daughter
Jamestown PD just had an in custody death of a suspect. Initial reports are that the suspect died after being hit with a tazer. I guess that would end any hopes that Buffalo will get tasers to combat these nut cases that fight with police.

If at all possible, innocent shoppers should at all cost be protected and not put in the middle of a shot out if possible. If the robbery is being committed as a violent take over, a blood bath may ensue and the pieces will fall where they may.
If you do become involved in a shooting situation while shopping or banking, remember to shoot center mass and if the targets head is within inches, pop the head. Remember, become a moving target, shake, rattle and roll, until you can get the next shot into the next suspect.

The best is when the Auditor states he had asked for a copy of the By-Laws and Pantus says, "who did you ask?" His reply......."I asked you, JIM!" "I was told to only speak to you or Bill Mistrial." The Prez proceeded to shrink into his chair and try to remain invisible. The whole proceeding was one of a professional accountant stating he couldn't believe what was done and the lack of records. Money was used for Vegas......Money was used for paying a private auto loan for Meeeeghan. The term RED FLAG was the underlying theme of his speech. You wonder why we need the FEDS????? Which one of these felons are going to lawyer up first and try to cut a deal? And yet, you still have jackasses defending them.......Margie Hunchback, Jimmy DungHam, CementHead Obad, and the election losers. Police plan to address crossing guard shortage

In response to a story YNN told you about first last week, the Buffalo Common Council President says police are addressing a shortage of crossing guards in the city.
Council President Rich Fontana says he had a meeting with the Police Commissioner Thursday afternoon.
Commissioner Daniel Derenda tells Fontana police have filled in for crossing guards at busy intersection for a number of years, but Derenda says its become more prevalent recently because of a string of retirements and call-ins.
The commissioner tells Fontana the department has been slow to hire new crossing guards but does plan to do so.
Police are also planning to have a top to bottom review of city intersections to see if the department can be more efficient.
At the request of the Council President, two crossing guards will be assigned to the intersection at Kensington and Bailey Avenue.
Last week, YNN found numerous residents concerned about the safety of children crossing those streets.
I had to stop listening to the WBEN daily gun show yesterday,couldnt take it anymore. The more I listened to those zealots like Beach and Baurerly, the more it makes me believe we have to disarm Americans like that. Our childrens lives depend on it. But like the election, these new laws will stand, regardless of the bitching and moaning by assholes like Beach and Bauerle.

Nobody ever thought this would happen, the great Bob Meagan and his helpers diverting our hard earned money right out from under us. That was an impossible thought for all of us. Now that it has been revealed, we still do not want to deal with it. We do not want to think of Bill Mistel as a thief and as someone who is running away from his misdeeds. We dont want to admit to ourselves that we trusted this bumbling idiot for so many years. We also want to believe in our new PBA president Jim Panus. But the facts are clear, Panus is just as guilty as Mistel as is Meagan and all the other smiling thieves of our once great PBA.
Will somebody let the PARROT out of his cage? A lot of union dues paying members want to know whats going on with the AUDIT & what happen at the emergency Board of Directors meeting yesterday.
Crossing Guards should have been turned over to the school board years ago. BPD officers would have been relieved of being a substitute crossing guard and the crossing guards themselves would probably have better benefits.

Firearms Companies Restricting Sales To GOVERNMENT Agencies In Areas That Restrict Gun Rights
Firearm and firearm-related companies have stated they will no longer sell items to states, counties, cities and municipalities that restrict their citizens' rights to own them.
According to The Police Loophole, 34 companies have joined in publicly stating that governments who seek to restrict 2nd Amendment rights will themselves be restricted from purchasing the items they seek to limit or ban.
Extreme Firepower Inc., located in Inwood, WV has had a longstanding policy that states:
"The Federal Government and several states have enacted gun control laws that restrict the public from owning and possessing certain types of firearms...If a product that we manufacture is not legal for a private citizen to own in a jurisdiction, we will not sell that product to a law-enforcement agency in that jurisdiction."
York Arms, located in Buxton, ME released a statement following new legislation in New York:
"Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York. We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York."
Quality Arms, located in Rigby, ID writes on their website, "elected officials have their own agenda to circumnavigate the truth and destroy the constitution of the United States."
The site states: "Quality Arms Idaho will not supply and firearm or product, manufactured by us, or any other company nor will we warranty, repair, alter, or modify and firearm owned by any State, County or Municipality who infringes on the right of its citizens to bear arms under the 2nd Amendment."
"The people at Bravo Company USA and BCM support responsible private individuals having access to the same tools of civilian Law Enforcement to affect the same ends...As such Bravo Company's policy is that law enforcement officials and departments will be restricted to the same type of products available to responsible private individuals of that same city or state."

According to what I see...
Meegan got an extra $20,185.82 above and WAY beyond his stipend from August 2010 till December 2011.Then he got his credit card reimbursed for a total of $5,093.90 in 2011 for Presidents expense. Totaling $25,279.72
He took $550 a month for supposed expenses and yet he got his credit card reimbursed for those same expenses? Did I get this wrong?
I did see an interesting note on November 10, 2011. Meegan got $230.00 reimbursement for some meeting with Morgan, Panus and, Devito. Are you kidding me? Was this the meeting where Meegan and Morgan instructed Panus and Devito how to steal from the union?

As for gun manufacturers not selling guns to governments that they cant sell to citizens, that is as dumb a statement that I have ever heard. Why would everyday citizens be able to by weapons that military and police use? Why would a citizen be legally armed with as much if not more firepower than your local swat team? I say, those governments that are not being sold the weapons they need, put those companies out of business. Then the government should go into the gun making business. Maybe we could have the Nigger prisoners make guns, like we make them make license plates.
