We are continuing to follow a police investigation out of Webster. Police and firefighters responded to large fire just after 5 a.m. on Lake Road near Bay Road. Officials confirm four firefighters were shot, and two were killed. ***********************************
In Rochester (Webster), while battling a house blaze, 4 Fire Fighters were shot. Two of them have died. The other two are fighting for their lives. These poor unfortunate men, out there in the cold helping others and some fucking lunatic shoots them, why? Say what you want about the gun situation in this country, but I say confiscate every gun in the country.

A police officer was shot and killed when he approached the suspect's car.
HOUSTON — A Houston traffic stop ended with a gunman shooting and killing a police officer and a bystander on Christmas Eve in the parking lot of a body shop, police said.
The incident that began shortly before 9 a.m. Monday quickly evolved from a routine traffic stop into a violent confrontation when the suspect sped off in his black car rather than pull over as the police officer had requested, Houston police spokesman John Cannon said. As the suspect fled, he sideswiped a white truck, which also took off after him, he said.
The suspect and the white truck eventually pulled into a nearby Maaco body shop, and that is when the officer with the Bellaire Police Department approached the vehicle, Cannon added. Apparently, he said, an argument of sorts erupted, and the suspect pulled out a .380 caliber handgun and shot the officer.
"The saddest thing is that the officer, who is deceased, didn't have the opportunity to pull his weapon and defend himself," Cannon said. "It happened that fast."
A man then walked out of the body shop, and the suspect fired at him, Cannon said.
Other officers arrived at the scene and a gunfight erupted between the police and the suspect. The suspect was shot and fled on foot, Cannon said. He hid under a parked truck but officers followed a trail of blood and arrested him.
Police have not released the identities of the officer, the bystander or the suspect.
The suspect remains in a Houston hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. Cannon said he is expected to survive.
The suspect shot the bystander at close range, and he died at the scene, Cannon said. It wasn't clear why the man stepped outside the body shop or whether he was an employee or a customer, he added. The officer was rushed to a Houston hospital where he died.
Houston and Bellaire police and the Harris County District Attorney's office are investigating. Cannon said the suspect likely would face a multitude of charges, including capital murder of a police officer.

Police tracked footprints in the snow to solve a Christmas Eve burglary in the city’s Schiller Park neighborhood.
The thieves kicked in a rear door of a house on Rogers Avenue late Monday and stole a 55-inch Sanyo television and numerous wrapped Christmas gifts under a tree, police said Tuesday.
Thanks to the help of neighbors, police officers were able to track footprints in the snow to a nearby residence on Rogers, where they located the stolen items, according to police reports. Officer Deana Fera also found a loaded handgun in a dresser drawer of the residence.

Delta district has become a crime burdening district to work. It does not let up EVER. There are more homicides, rapes, assaults, Domestics, and thefts than ever before. The officers themselves are faced with daily aggressive attacks on them because of the large amount of mentally unstable persons in that District. Just this year, three Delta officers had to use their guns to end the encounter. Districts such as Charlie just dont compare. Yes Charlie has more stray dogs and abandoned cars in their streets, but Charlie is lacking the population to make it the bastion of crime the officers fantasize about.
Charlie officers are very lazy, very undisciplined and very stupid. The lack of supervision has crushed this districts morale. Incidents such as the C Horn/Greg K/Vanyo, incident and the dog theft recently show a lack of supervision.

Whenever an organization is dysfunctional or poorly run, it's rarely the fault of the lower level employees. The cause can universally be traced to poor supervision or inadequate leadership at the top.
This is especially true when a Chief, or high-level commander's ability to lead is brought into question based upon allegations of personal or professional misconduct.

Three New Jersey police officers were reportedly wounded during a shooting inside the Gloucester Township Police station.
The suspected shooter has been shot and killed.
One officer was undergoing surgery early Friday, while injuries to the other officers were minor, sources told the station.
The early Friday morning shooting apparently occurred inside the police station, possibly near a stairwell in the rear of the building.
Authorities said the situation has been contained and there's no danger to the public.

I had no problems with the State Retirement people at the downtown office. All my problems were caused by the army of incompetent South Buffalo political hacks "working" in City Hall. These drunken assholes virtually fucked up every piece of my pension paperwork and short changed me on almost every supplemental check that I was owed upon retirement. Literally took me 3 months just to straighten everything out, and I had to go down there and do it all in person. Try getting a live human to answer the phone in City Hall. Better yet, try getting them to return your phone calls. You'd have better luck getting somebody to pick up the phone in the Narcotics Office. My advice to those of you about to retire is delay any out of town trips you have planned after your retirement date until you get everything straightened out with your pension. City Hall will fuck something up, you can count on it.

Belleville police chief Bill Clay is ordering his officers to get their pancakes from anywhere but Denny’s, calling the restaurant “political stupidness.”
The new orders come after a New Year’s Day clash between five detectives and one Denny’s manager.
The department says the detectives were out of uniform but wearing their badges, when manager David Rice asked them to either leave or put their guns in their vehicle.

We are continuing to follow a police investigation out of Webster. Police and firefighters responded to large fire just after 5 a.m. on Lake Road near Bay Road. Officials confirm four firefighters were shot, and two were killed.

A police officer was shot and killed when he approached the suspect's car.
HOUSTON — A Houston traffic stop ended with a gunman shooting and killing a police officer and a bystander on Christmas Eve in the parking lot of a body shop, police said.
The incident that began shortly before 9 a.m. Monday quickly evolved from a routine traffic stop into a violent confrontation when the suspect sped off in his black car rather than pull over as the police officer had requested, Houston police spokesman John Cannon said. As the suspect fled, he sideswiped a white truck, which also took off after him, he said.
The suspect and the white truck eventually pulled into a nearby Maaco body shop, and that is when the officer with the Bellaire Police Department approached the vehicle, Cannon added. Apparently, he said, an argument of sorts erupted, and the suspect pulled out a .380 caliber handgun and shot the officer.
"The saddest thing is that the officer, who is deceased, didn't have the opportunity to pull his weapon and defend himself," Cannon said. "It happened that fast."
A man then walked out of the body shop, and the suspect fired at him, Cannon said.
Other officers arrived at the scene and a gunfight erupted between the police and the suspect. The suspect was shot and fled on foot, Cannon said. He hid under a parked truck but officers followed a trail of blood and arrested him.
Police have not released the identities of the officer, the bystander or the suspect.
The suspect remains in a Houston hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. Cannon said he is expected to survive.
The suspect shot the bystander at close range, and he died at the scene, Cannon said. It wasn't clear why the man stepped outside the body shop or whether he was an employee or a customer, he added. The officer was rushed to a Houston hospital where he died.
Houston and Bellaire police and the Harris County District Attorney's office are investigating. Cannon said the suspect likely would face a multitude of charges, including capital murder of a police officer.

Police tracked footprints in the snow to solve a Christmas Eve burglary in the city’s Schiller Park neighborhood.
The thieves kicked in a rear door of a house on Rogers Avenue late Monday and stole a 55-inch Sanyo television and numerous wrapped Christmas gifts under a tree, police said Tuesday.
Thanks to the help of neighbors, police officers were able to track footprints in the snow to a nearby residence on Rogers, where they located the stolen items, according to police reports. Officer Deana Fera also found a loaded handgun in a dresser drawer of the residence.

Delta district has become a crime burdening district to work. It does not let up EVER. There are more homicides, rapes, assaults, Domestics, and thefts than ever before. The officers themselves are faced with daily aggressive attacks on them because of the large amount of mentally unstable persons in that District. Just this year, three Delta officers had to use their guns to end the encounter. Districts such as Charlie just dont compare. Yes Charlie has more stray dogs and abandoned cars in their streets, but Charlie is lacking the population to make it the bastion of crime the officers fantasize about.
Charlie officers are very lazy, very undisciplined and very stupid. The lack of supervision has crushed this districts morale. Incidents such as the C Horn/Greg K/Vanyo, incident and the dog theft recently show a lack of supervision.

Three New Jersey police officers were reportedly wounded during a shooting inside the Gloucester Township Police station.
The suspected shooter has been shot and killed.

I had no problems with the State Retirement people at the downtown office. All my problems were caused by the army of incompetent South Buffalo political hacks "working" in City Hall. These drunken assholes virtually fucked up every piece of my pension paperwork and short changed me on almost every supplemental check that I was owed upon retirement. Literally took me 3 months just to straighten everything out, and I had to go down there and do it all in person. Try getting a live human to answer the phone in City Hall. Better yet, try getting them to return your phone calls. You'd have better luck getting somebody to pick up the phone in the Narcotics Office. My advice to those of you about to retire is delay any out of town trips you have planned after your retirement date until you get everything straightened out with your pension. City Hall will fuck something up, you can count on it.

An upstate judge was disciplined yesterday for daring a foul-mouthed teen to expose himself in court after the punk cursed him out.
The 17-year-old defendant told Buffalo City Court Judge James McLeod to “suck my d--k,” according to official records
The judge’s answer: “Why don’t you pull it out for me?”

The new orders come after a New Year’s Day clash between five detectives and one Denny’s manager.
