The way to encourage business and money to come to our city is to encourage people to come here. When a city administration uses their Police Department to attack visitors to this city, they dont return. The Brown administration and its Black Thug mentality attack Business with fines and state authorities, and they also attack city visitors by relentless parking tags and summons. We have been taught by history that it is not a good idea to let Black Politicians do anything. They steal, cheat and corrupt whatever they do.

With Millard Fillmore gates closing, the city is losing big bucks in parking tag revenue normally given to the unsuspecting hospital visitors. The DOT relentlesly tagged this area.vistors come to the city for a dinner they get tagged, they visit a friend get tagged,go to an event, tagged. And its not the cops tagging its those asshole DOT people. On A side note, went to a coppers retirement a couple weeks back downtown and parked in a private lot next to the bar,(lot was closed and attendent booth dark
came out in the pouring rain and low and behold a private tag on the car.Anyway glad my city trips are few and far between.

Yes it is sad that the City administration thinks it is good business to attack visitors and to attack businesses within the city. I strongly discourage anyone opening up any kind of business withing the city limits. City Hall and their corrupt operatives will come sneaking around, either looking for a payoff or taking a dislike to your business.... then your closed. Besides City Hall ruining you, the criminals that operate untouched will also infringe on you and your customers. I refuse to go anywhere on Allen st or Chippewa st for fear of being attacked by an army of beggars. The city's crime problem is out of control. People like Brian Patterson are completely out of their league in dealing with crime in the city. No experience, no vision, no balls.

Between the Parking enforcement unit and the "special police" details, citizens are mauled by ticket totting officials. Stay out of the city completely and you will avoid these blood suckers. Kenmore, Tonawanda, West Seneca, Amherst, Lancaster etc etc all offer business friendly, crime free atmospheres. The streets of Buffalo are so dangerous, even drug dealers and prostitutes have abandoned some of the most popular locations for those activities. It is a pathetic situation.

Anonymous said...

You know the City has gone down hill when even the prostitutes and drug dealers have moved to the suburbs. Niagara Falls Blvd offers the largest selection of whores and pimps working the Hadji Hotels.
The Allenhurst and Sheridan Darkside Projects in Amherst and Tonawanda are home to wholesale suppliers of pills, crack and heroin.
The suburban PD's haven't a clue of how to deal with these problem areas, not to mention Russian Organized crime- which is involved in everything.

Even the suburbs aren't safe.

At all cost avoid the local malls. The savages run rampant. No two can talk to each other without the word "muthafucka' being used every other word. Wonderful for your young children to hear. you can't walk through the mall without a pack of savages bumping into you, shoving you, "muthafuckin" you and trying to dip into your purse or pocket. Never get in the checkout line at a store behind one because they'll start "muthafuckin'" the clerk, then look at you with the head bob going, saying "what the fuck you lookin' at BITCH!" Then after stabbing store security, they'll most likely target you and carjack your ride, "BITCH, MUTHAFUCKA, GIT OUT DA CAR!!" Your best bet is go shopping online and pray that the UPS driver doesn't get murdered before he delivers your package. If it wasn't for those damn buses going past the city line on Walden and Kenmore Ave, shopping would be a pleasure. The McKinley Mall is still OK, but I bet that won't last long. "BITCH!"

p.s. However the parking is free!

More citizens should arm themselves legally. This way when the Jackal's are stabbing security guards, they get their fucking heads blown OFF! When the Jackal points their knife at you and says "your next", they get shot in the fucking face..... thats what should happen.

Officials at law enforcement agencies across the country Monday dismissed warnings on conservative blogs that President Barack Obama’s supporters would resort to violence if he lost the election.

In the final hours of the election, a some conservative bloggers have amassed what they consider growing evidence — mostly tweets sent by young, black people — that Obama supporters will unleash a wave of violence not seen since the OJ Simpson trials if Mitt Romney comes out on top Tuesday.

Last Friday, the aggregation site Twitchy posted a cache of tweets which threatened to protest a Romney win — "If Romney wins, we riot," reads one from Twitter user @_Swaggerless.

In their post on the tweets, Twitchy added a note warning that "hundreds more were posted prior to today — all of them ignored by a complacent, biased mainstream media." And even if the threats were made in jest, they said, "our advice: be prepared."

Yeah, good luck to a union that SUCKS. A union that has stolen money from its members. A union that has been to busy fucking off to get its members a raise. A union whos leaders have been unwilling to put their ass'es on the line for its members. Thieves that have neglected to do the heavey lifting for its members.

ATTENTION: ATTENTION: ATTENTION:

You no longer have to sit outside of court liaison like little puppets. Arbitration is here, the case has been made or not regarding court time. You can go back to your 10 minute court appearance. I repeat, you no longer have to sit outside of court liaison like the little idiots that you are!

Anonymous said...

This is true, we no longer have to pretend to be in court for an hour and one minute. That was an unofficial rule created by word of mouth by PBA delegates. It is another example of the cowardly way our PBA leaders conduct themselves. They didn't have the balls to openly tell their members to do something like that. They were afraid the city would come after them. Cowards! The biggest one of all is Jim Panus, I swear he smokes cock.

Dear Retards,
It never was a union rule to stick around in court. The arbitration ruling will apply to prior years pay. Union Cowards? This is from the cowards who type in anonimity here? Wow, you got some balls. This site and the few idiots who post all the same shit on here are a complete joke. I check it out for laughs. Sometimes there is some good information. Like I never knew about the 500 dollar expense money that Meegan and his boys, including Panus, were taking every month on top of their stipends for the entire time they were in office. I was glad to hear that the 3 new guys put an end to this crime. But normally this site is filled with silly post that border on being humorous. Of late it has been nothing but racist dribble and cowards talking crap they would never say to anyones faces. Ever since the 500 dollar issue came to light I have been going to union meetings and I have only seen a few people speak up about it. At least they had the balls to say something in public. Next opportunity to be heard is November 8th at 1pm.

Anonymous said...

Yeah let's see what tomorrow brings!! Hopefully the membership packs the meeting.

Anonymous said...

Oh yes, the meeting will be packed. The walls will be busting with the 200 fucking delegates that we have. Why in the hell are there so many delegates? We only have 700 cops, why the 70 fucking delegates? And why would we pack the meeting? We have all these fucking delagates to tell us what happened at the meeting.... you stupid morons.

You don't have to wait around after your court shot.Correct me if im wrong state law states sez if your called in after your 40 hours the rest is atleast 4 hours ot period. We agreed to take 4 hours straight time.We should fight for 4 hours ot like other unions. If the city doesn't like it they can run court during your tour or at night.Call thier bluff the city court judges tolled them no.Anyway you see it its still a call in.They know it too.I double dog dare you to do away with court and see what happens.Only 20 % of the dept goes anyway

41 delegates and it's your right to go to the meetings to hear first hand what is going on in your union and your future.

The money you pay towards Social Security does not go into a personal account for when you retire. Instead, Social Security is a "pay as you go" program meaning the money that is collected now is used towards today's payouts. Benefactors rely on the current work force to fund their payments. As baby boomers continue to retire at a record clip, approximately 10,000 on any given day, this model becomes harder to maintain. Back in 1950, there were 7.11 workers per retiree. That number today is 4.5 and in 30 years, economists estimate that number will be 2.6 workers for every retiree.

For the first time in thirty years, Social Security payouts exceeded non-interest income in 2010 and 2011. The difference between the money coming out and going in was about $45 billion dollars in 2011. While there is "extra" money in the Social Security "bank account" called a "trust fund," to offset the difference, the number of beneficiaries will continue to grow at a substantially faster rate than the number of covered workers.

The Board of Trustees estimate that in 2033 all the money in the Social Security "bank account" will be depleted. That's three years earlier than estimated just last year. This means that workers in their forties fifties today may not have access to the Social Security benefits that they've paid into when they retire.

Anonymous said...

What happened at today's meeting? How are we going to get fucked now? Has the $500.00 stipend been reinstated? Has the contract been settled behind closed doors and we get shit! TELL ME, I CAN TAKE IT!!!!

Anonymous said...

A big problem of Social Security is that people who never paid into the system have access to it and receive disability and supplemental money along side those who worked and paid into it.Immigrants legal and ILLEGAL tap the system as soon as they get here. they are guided into the system by church groups and other liberal government sponsored neighborhood associations. Take a look at how many kids in the public school system get SS disibility because they claim a learning disability. Years ago that would have been fixed with a slap to they back of the head and stern "wake up and pay attention",today that warning would have to be said in 30 different languages with an ACLU lawyer there.

I heard at work llastnight that the amendment passed and it needs one more month before it's a by law. I for one am glad it passed cause isn't our president the same guy who invited the mayor commissioner and both deputies along with their wives to the awards dinner and he also gave every delegate 2 tickets at a cost of $3000 to the union. I couldn't even get a ticket for myself and my wife cause they were sold out. I was glad to hear VP 1st VP and ssecretary wrote a letter resinding their invite but our president refused to sign it. Well hopefully the next vote passes and our union us protected from being sold out like our awards dinner.

We must start grooming NOW, people who can honestly and successfully bargain for us in good faith. Thieves and con men is what we had and to a small extent, have now. We need men and women of strong moral value and a passion for our union.

Or is there anyone else that speaks out at the meetings or even sounds interested and somewhat intelligent?

Anonymous said...

PBA members stealing money is nothing new.
It happens every day in WNY and elsewhere.

When few people are in charge of a lot of money and there's little or no accountability, embezzlement is inevitable.

Because policing is a "trusted" profession, there are very few board members would dare raise an eyebrow at questionable expenses of another member.

The overt theft of money occurs when board members steal funds. Take for instance, the NTPD Treasurer who helped himself to $40,000 for his coke habit. He was arrested by the FBI.

Then you have covert theft, which is using money for extravagant junkets and "conferences" in Vegas, or stocking your liquor cabinet with union-supplied booze, rigging the 50/50 split for your brother, skimming funds from fundraisers, etc.

Anonymous said...

Normally I would not comment on post about the PBA but the latest one has got to be addressed. Maybe Meegan and his group stole thousands of dollars or spent thousands they should not have, but the new group has stopped all of those improper practices. You only need to attend some of the meetings or just go down to the office and talk to them. I trust the 3 new guys that they will do the right thing. The other 2 is a different story. They were part of Meegans group. They should not be in office.
I also agree with the statement about Bill Cusella. He is not the answer to lead the union.

Two people were beaten and robbed, while another was held up at knifepoint during separate attacks early Saturday in the city’s University Heights neighborhood.

The first robbery occurred about 1 a.m. on Winspear Avenue, where two males were approached by two other men, police said.

One of the victims was punched in the mouth and fell to the ground, striking his head and losing consciousness, according to police. The two robbers went through the victim’s pockets and took $40 in cash, a cellphone, an ATM card and a University at Buffalo student ID card.

The other victim also was punched in the face, but nothing was stolen from him.

The two bandits fled in a vehicle described as a black Chevrolet Suburban.

The second robbery occurred about an hour later at Main Street and Lisbon Avenue.

A male emerged from a vehicle, described as a bronze-colored Chevrolet Blazer, approached the victim with a knife and ordered him to hand over his belongings, police said. The thief went through the victim’s pockets and wallet, before stealing an iPhone. The robber jumped back into the vehicle, which sped north on Main.

The busiest NYPD Precincts in relation to homicides, felony assaults and priority 911 calls of service are: 79th, 77th, 75th, 73rd, 67th, 43rd, 44th, 46th and 48th Precincts. The New York City homicide rate was highest in 1990 with 2605 murders recorded. The years between 1987-1994 were the worst on record and street crimes of all varieties in New York City during this period was out of control. The busiest precincts are still located in the South Bronx and East Brooklyn. What was it like working in the old 4th, 6th, 8th, 12th and 16th precincts in the 1980s and 1990s when violent street crimes in Buffalo hit their peek and crack cocaine was exploding on the scene? The homicide on Ontario st is just another example of how dangerous the City of Buffalo is. The victim was a Lockport resident who ventured into that neighborhood to use a common gas and grocery store. He was robbed at gun point and murdered like a dog. A senseless murder to say the least, but the murderer must have felt immune from apprehension, he committed this heinous act in front of witnesses. This is a very common occurrence in the City of Buffalo. Warn your family and friends to stay out of the city, it is not safe, they may be robbed or murdered or both if they visit the city.

Obama's connection to Bill Ayers briefly became a campaign issue in 2008. The Obama campaign was quick to distance the candidate from the 60's domestic terrorist, even as evidence connecting the two men piled up. The issue became enough of a story that on October 3rd 2008the NY Times wrote a piece titled "Obama and ’60s Bomber: A Look Into Crossed Paths" by Scott Shane.
Looking back it's clear that the Times' story downplayed some significant connections between the two men, connections which may have raised red flags for voters.
According to Bill Ayers' next door neighbor, Senator Barack Obama was a guest at a 4th of July party Ayers hosted in 2005. The date is significant because it effectively undercuts the claim made by the Obama campaign during the 2008 election cycle, that Obama and Ayers were merely acquaintances who had only crossed paths a few times since 2000. Obama's attendance at the party suggests they were friends. Scott Shane writes at the end "Since 2002, there is little public evidence of their relationship." It appears Shane was intentionally misled by Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt who he quotes as follows:
“The suggestion that Ayers was a political adviser to Obama or someone who shaped his political views is patently false,” said Ben LaBolt, a campaign spokesman. Mr. LaBolt said the men 'first met in 1995 through the education project, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, and have encountered each other occasionally in public life. He said they have not spoken by phone or exchanged e-mail messages since Mr. Obama began serving in the United States Senate in January 2005 and last met more than a year ago.'
The claim that Obama hadn't "spoken by phone or exchanged e-mail" with Ayers since 2005 appears to have been a Clintonian parsing of the truth.
In fact, they spoke face to face at Ayers 4th of July party. But notice there's a bit of goalpost moving being done by LaBolt here as well. No one suggested that Ayers was a political adviser to candidate Obama. The suggestion was that the two men were friends and that the friendship might indicate that the two shared similar worldviews. That's the story the NY Times, and the rest of the media, never fully investigated in 2008.
Shane's story notes that the Obama-Ayers connection began with the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, a school grant initiative which Ayers helped bring to Chicago. Obama was later selected to be the Chairman of the Board for the CAC. Shane notes that "some bloggers" have suggested Ayers tapped Obama for the position but he goes on to say this probably wasn't the case. The impression he gives is that these unnamed bloggers have unfairly overstated the connection the two men shared.
However, Shane overlooks the more obvious and easily documented connection: Various boards on which Obama sat in the late 90s granted nearly $2 million dollars to Bill Ayers' Small Schools Workshop. This archived webpage notes over one million granted to Ayers' project by the CAC, but the Woods Fund and Joyce Foundation, on whose Boards Obama also sat, granted nearly an additional million in donations to Ayers' group during the same time period.

Anonymous said...

In addition to donations to Ayers' Small Schools Workshop group, the same foundations donated $761,100 to a related group run by Ayers’ brother, John Ayers. In fact, in 2001 Obama joined the "leadership council" of a successor to the CAC called the Chicago Public Education Fund. Also on the leadership council of the group was Bill Ayers' brother John. (Documents demonstrating this connection have been hidden from view on the internet archive using robots.txt).

It's easy to claim that Obama and Ayers weren't "close." How does one measure "close" in the absence of detailed personal history that isn't available in this case?
It is much harder to deny the connection implied by the nearly $3million dollars Obama helped direct to Bill Ayers and his brother.
Why didn't Shane Scott see fit to mention any of this?

Finally, one of the arguments the Obama campaign used in 2008(dutifully repeated by the Times), was the suggestion that Bill Ayers radicalism was a thing of the distant past by the time Obama knew him:
'A review of records of the schools project and interviews with a dozen people who know both men, suggest that Mr. Obama, 47, has played down his contacts with Mr. Ayers, 63. But, Mr. Obama has never expressed sympathy for the radical views and actions of Mr. Ayers, whom he's called “somebody who engaged in detestable acts 40 years ago, when I was 8.”

This is extremely dishonest as it suggests that the only objectionable thing about Bill Ayers is his history as a domestic terrorist.
Even when putting his past aside there is ample evidence that Ayers is as radical now as he was then.

On September 11th, 2001, Ayers was profiled by the NY Times in a piece which opened with Ayers saying "I don't regret setting bombs...I feel we didn't do enough." In 2010, Ayers' wife Bernadine Dohrn said in an interview that she and Bill "are radicals today" and added "we think the real terrorist is the American government."
As recently as April 2012 Ayers was in Union Square telling anyone who would listen "I get up every morning thinking today...I'm going to end capitalism."
This is Bill Ayers, the adult who Barack Obama befriended in Chicago.

Ayers methods have certainly changed since the 60s, but his commitment to bringing down the American system has been a constant throughout his life.
Therefore, it is fair to ask what Obama saw in Ayers, a committed anti-capitalist radical?
It's also fair to ask why the NY Times, and the rest of the media, were so quick to dismiss the import of their connection?

Evidence shows Obama and Ayers were actually friends over a period of years, so presumably they had something in common.
Given Ayers' consistently extreme and negative views on America and government, isn't that worth exploring?

Getting rid of the old precincts and putting us in 1 man cars cost this city a lot more in the long run than any money they might have saved in the beginning. In fact, I'm not convinced either move saved them an money in the first place. The move to Districts just made a few local property developer and building contractors a lot of money. It also made the careers of a few prominent local politicians. The 1 man cars deal was a complete mistake on the ciy's part from the very start.

AMEN BROTHER!

IT'S TOO DAMNED BAD THE LIBERAL TREE-HUGGING DUMB-FUCKS CAN'T UNDERSTAND
-CONSEQUENCES FOR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR "MUST" OUT-WEIGH THE BENEFITS.

BE IT A GOOD HARD SMACK, A COLD NIGHT NAKED, ETC.
"THE CONSEQUENCES FOR BAD BEHAVIOR MUST OUT-WEIGH THE BENEFITS!"

THE MANY, MANY, WAY TOO MANY LIBERALS IN AMERICA CAN'T SEEM TO COMPREHEND WHAT SHOULD BE SIMPLE CONCEPTS:
-THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DISCIPLINE AND ABUSE.

-THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PUNISHMENT AND ABUSE.

-THERE ARE TIMES WHEN DISCIPLINE/PUNISHMENT MUST BE PHYSICAL IN ORDER TO INSTILL FEAR OF CONSEQUENCES.

-NO FEAR = NO DETERRENT

-A LITTLE FEAR CAN GO A LONG WAY.

LIBERAL PUSSIES ARE SUCCEEDING AT RUINING THIS ONCE GREAT COUNTRY.

LIBERALS THINK THEY CAN REHABILITATE EVERYONE INCLUDING THE SICK-MINDED ADULTS WHO GET TURNED-ON BY CHILDREN! WTF?!

LIBERALS ARE SO FUCKING STUPID THEY THINK EVERY CRIMINAL CAN BE COUNSELED INTO GOOD BEHAVIOR,
THEY THINK GIVING A CRIMINAL A HARD SMACK ACROSS THE FACE, OR GIVING YOUR KID A HARD SMACK ACROSS THE ASS, IS ABUSE.

THE SMACKS I GOT AS A KID TAUGHT ME TO FEAR BAD BEHAVIOR.
THAT FEAR MADE ME THE LAW-ABIDING, RULE-FOLLOWER, GOOD-CITIZEN, I AM TODAY.

I AM CONVINCED THAT LIBERALS ARE AS SICK AS THE VICIOUS CRIMINALS THEY WANT "HANDLED WITH CARE".

DID YOU EVER THINK THE DAY WOULD COME THAT THE "NICE" OR "CARING" PEOPLE COULD GET SO OUT OF CONTROL THAT THEY WOULD BE THE CAUSE OF ZERO RESPECT, DUE TO LACK OF FEAR?!

"THOSE DAYS" ARE HERE AND NOW.

WE ALL SEE THE ZERO RESPECT, FROM FAR TOO MANY, FOR PARENTS, TEACHERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT, THE COURT SYSTEM... HUMAN LIFE, ETC.

LIBERAL THINKING IS THE CAUSE.

ALL YOU "TOO NICE" PEOPLE (AKA- ASSHOLES KILLING CIVIL SOCIETY) NEED TO WAKE THE FUCK UP!

Statute of Limitations? Idiot! Panas was part of the elected officials the last three years. That is how far they can go back if the government wants to look at the "books". If these guys were going on these lavish trips on our money and there are no records of it, someone is going to pay. Fines or jail or both. Three years might even be on the short end of how far they can go back. Why hasn't anyone petitioned to have this guy step down?

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Forget about Tom Brady's controversial comments regarding Buffalo's hotels; Dolphins Running Back Reggie Bush is now talking about our women.

During an interview on the Paul and Young Ron Radio Show in South Florida, he was discussing our forecast ahead of Thursday night's contest between the Bills and Dolphins.

One of the radio hosts said, "the women will be out there topless in that weather."

After the other host said, "You don't want to see that," Bush responded by saying "Not Buffalo women."

re: Vegas Junkets.

These are sponsored by LRIS, and represent a huge waste of money for any union. It's a drunkfest disguised as a seminar.

Each seminar is packed with 300-400 PBA and Fire Union reps from across the country. The board members who attend once or twice per year see it as an entitlement for all their hard work. In fact only 20% of any union board works hard- the rest are just along for the perks.

If you want training in union issues, try the Cornell School of Labor Relations, Buffalo Office. Just don't be disappointed when they don't offer you beer, hookers, or the Scinta's.

The LT. By himself is not the problem. To be sure, he was thrown into a situation he didn't understand and was ill equipped to handle both by virtue of experience and lack of training.
The blame for these types of problems lies soley in the hands of upper management. They are all to often blind to situations

Former world boxing champion Hector "Macho" Camacho was in critical condition Wednesday after being shot in his native Puerto Rico, with doctors and his family expected to wrestle with whether to take him off life support after his condition worsened.

Doctors had said Camacho was expected to survive after he was shot in the face while sitting in a car Tuesday night in his hometown of Bayamon. But his condition worsened overnight and his heart stopped at one point, said Dr. Ernesto Torres, director of the Centro Medico trauma center in San Juan.

"He's battling minute to minute. This is the most important fight of his life," Torres told The Associated Press outside the hospital in the Puerto Rican capital.

Torres said that two specialists will examine the boxer to determine his level of brain activity.

The specialists will then consult with other doctors and Camacho's mother, who was expected to arrive from New York, to discuss whether he should be removed from life support, said Ismael Leandry, a longtime friend and former manager who was also at the hospital.

"We just have to wait to see if `Macho' gets better. It's a hard battle," Leandry told AP.

The 50-year-old Camacho was outside a bar in a parked Ford Mustang with a friend when he was shot in the face. The friend, identified as 49-year-old Adrian Mojica Moreno, was killed, police said. No arrests have been made and no motive has been disclosed.

Police were called to a crash on I-40 near Appling Road just before 3:30 a.m. on Monday, November 19. Officers found a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 had run off the road at the westbound off ramp at Appling, but the driver was not present.
Police found the truck was registered to 27-year-old Ryan Mendoza, and went to his home to question him. When they spoke with Mendoza at his home, officers noted he smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and appeared to be intoxicated. Mendoza then told police he had been driving the truck when it crashed.
Officer Ryan Mendoza was arrested and charged with DWI, Reckless Driving, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Financial Responsibility. He has been relieved of duty with pay from the MPD - where he has worked since July 2007 - pending the outcome of the investigation.

RE: I congratulate Lt. Testa, he is a good man and a good Lt.

Lets get the record straight one and for all. Scott is not a bad guy at heart. However, as a police Officer and Lieutenant he falls far short of what most police departments would want as a supervisor. This is the drawback of Civil Service testing. Secondly, many Officers who would make excellent Lieutenants refuse to take the exam as they are very content with the good pay a proactive Officer will make and the bullshit someone who wants to be a supervisor in a department where respect and duty to the citizens they serve comes second in there world. Look around. Its not just Scott, every district has its share of clowns running platoons. Scott is just a by-product of a failed system. Where the kids are running the classroom. It goes for the dicks too. Officers who are great investigators sometimes chose the freedom of Patrol therefore a person not suited for a detectives job makes it on top of a short list and another waste is given a badge. This process does not stop at Lieutenants. Captains and Chiefs are made just because the spots have to be filled. Did they get baptized to these positions because of there abilities NO. These are the only names that the administration has to pick from. The next time someone tells you I’m a detective, lieutenant, Captain, or Chief just remind them it’s because there was not many Patrol Officers wanted the job. Sorry if the truth hurts.

Cops who aren't worried about being arrested for DWI are living in the past. I'm not talking about the occasional social drinker,I'm talking about the wet-brained alki that staggers into work.

Do you want a bloated mess backing you up when the shit hits?
Do you trust that this selfish heap of shit won't dime you out to save his own skin?

Alcoholics and addicts are some of the most loathing, untrustworthy, selfish bastards on earth. The fact that they get hired into law enforcement is a shame. I don't care who they're connected to, or whose kid they are, they need to washed out of probation and go back to selling insurance of wherever they came from.

I am so sick and tired of these people are so weak in character that they feel a need to have control freak bosses and A-1 pricks ruling their lives. Look, if you don't like Lieutenant Scotty T. bercause he's a kind-hearted person who can laugh and joke with his troops and still get the job done then go transfer to where some dictator is overseeing the show. Last I saw it, Scott's platoon is running just fine. Sure he's got a lot of green troops on that wheel, but they're learning the job, and that's what being a rookie is all about. They're bound to make mistakes, but hopefully they'll learn from them. That's what career development is all about. All learning involves error and mistakes. Nothing and nobody is perfect. In my years on this job I've found the best bosses were the ones who got the job done through sugar, not salt. You don't have to be an overbearing micromanaging bully to get people to work hard. You might get the job done for a little while with harsh dicipline and a nasty attitude, but soon your subordinates will become alienated with the job and eventually you their boss. People will only take so much shit before they fight back. And before you know it the whole platoon will have put in for transfers. No supervisor wants that kind of mark on his record. On the other hand, if you are good to your troops and treat them with a little bit of respect, perhaps even have a few beers with them after work, you will create an atmosphere where people will enjoy coming into work and not dreading the thought of seeing you. I've worked under some of the best and worst bosses known on this job. I can assure you my life was 100% better when I had a laid-back Lieutenant who let my partner and me answer our calls without micromanaging our every move, a boss who backed us up whenever downtown fucked with us, a boss who was fair in handing out assignments and discipline, and most of all, a boss who was a genuine good and decent human being. That sounds like Lieutenant Scotty T to me.

I dont think there is any question at all as to Scott Testa's character. He is without question a good person. He does an excellent job at work, and always has. He is a great family man, as well as a good friend. The only thing going on here is that some jealous idiot is allowed to post anonymously here about someone they dont like. As for Scott, he is without question one of the best.

You'll find most of these kiss asses and robots who love domineering bosses are that way because they can't, or are just too scared to make a decision on their own. They also hate the slightest bit of change in their lives. WTF! Be a man! Make a decision on your own. Think for yourself! And always remember, it's not the strongest species that survives, it's the one that is most adaptable to change. Now quit fucking with Scotty. He's one of the good guys.

What does an audit matter? Panis hired the company to cover up the sins of Bob Meegan and himself. Same old tired story with the union pres., he is a theif just like the last scumbag. What are we to do?

While some of the claims about Lt Teste and his minions are valid why isn't PSD going after Lt. Streudel and his band of reckless and misfit cowboys in housing? This week saw another example of the chaos brought upon by 2 of the more prominent offenders in the group and this time innocent people were caught in the middle and injured during a questionable car chase. Things to ponder...

Have a little bit of sympathy for these Lieutenants who are saddled with entire platoons filled with rookies and guys with less than 5 years on. I don't care how good of a boss you are, you only have two eyes, and you can only be one place at a time. All it takes is a young platoon and couple strong willed rookies with political connections who think they're infalliable to create chaos. They'll cajole and bully even the more level-headed rookies into doing stupid things that they normally wouldn't dream of doing if there were more salty vets around to hold them back.

Let me give information. Mike Bumbles Degeorge who is Masiellos cousin can't speak to save his life but makes more than a salaried Buffalo cop out on the street plus he has two assistants. The commissioner and others DONT live in the city like they are supposed too, yet you media windbags have no balls to pursue this because you all sleep in the same bed. Brown is corrupt as hell but gets a pass on everything even when he lies about his own kid. Steve Casey who really runs the city has an official police car with lights and sirens yet, HES NOT A COP! But again its all a big orgie for you folks. Coppers who are connected get a free pass from jail for fraudulantly going to court, getting paid, and yet are allowed to retire with no charges from the dumbass DA. The city residents have NO good police protection because the city and it's corrupt leaders are running at minimum manpower. Funds taken by certain PBA officers illegally was brushed under a carpet yet our monies(dues) provided this for them. You media in buffalo are the worst of the worst. I feel bad for your parents to see you grow up with no heart and no balls..Goodeve.

Brown has been very successful in his bid to limit any current criminal news to the media. Now the media settles for information from the ambulance companies that cart the meat away. Brown has cleverly deceived the public by hiding the butchery from the media. He has also forsaken his own people, by allowing these savages to butcher themselves without check.

So how many tickets does it take to get a ride on the new BPD thrill ride- "The Eye In The Sky"? Hmm, no money for pay raises but we can all proudly proclaim that we have added a unique window washing tool to the department. Nice.
Hey, "Noodles" Donovan now didn't seem so looney when he wanted a submarine for the BPD. I'm sure Strike Force could use it when they run out of cars to plow into things.

.......................................
This is quite common throughout WNY. If the news were to look into this, they'd find that many Town supervisors & City mayors demand unmarked cars with lights, sirens and a police radio.
A complete waste of a car, resources, and taxpayer money. Not to mention NONE of these suits have the authority to operate with lights & siren.

Clip Smith was police commissioner of Lockport for many years- a position that was nothing more than a political appointment; he had no authority. Yet the Clipper, demanded that the city provide him with a fully outfitted unmarked.

I will never understand why the union backs democrats like Tony Massiello and Byron Brown? They know that those democrats will hold back as much funds as possible. The democrat of today, campaigns like a rabid dog against republicans, the democrats always win, then then they systematically take away our pay and benefits. It must be some type of perversion in these democrats.

Even watch what some of your fellow cops do, they will be extending their hands into your pockets for donation so they can feel good about their lack luster lives.... Please help this needy family, please give, give, give, give, give.... Fucking beggars.

Buffalo News Article

Fortunately for authorities, Clayton, a widower who lived alone, had surveillance cameras that captured images of the robbers as they entered and left the house.

Friends, relatives and community leaders gathered late Tuesday afternoon outside his modest 1½-story house for a rally to urge anyone with information on the attackers to come forward. At the same time, Erie County Assistant District Attorneys Michael P. Felicetta and Seth T. Molisani and Buffalo police crime technician Scott C. Seifert searched inside the home for clues.

Another charity scam.
Donate your car, boat or RV to the Salvation Army and they "post flyers" for a sealed bid silent auction. The news article doesn't say WHERE they post the flyers.

Oddly, I've never heard of any of these auctions. I'm sure the flyers are posted in the Administrator's Office, and there's probably a total of 3 or 4 silent bids.

First of all, the old black man that was beaten by the black animals has probably protected black animal behavior all of his life. Until now, I never heard of the man, but his contribution (his beating) may do some good in his community. It is bringing more awareness that the black community is nothing but violent savage animals that eat their own.

Next; Giving toys and donations at this time of year has become a business for the greedy. Look at your federal and state contributions, look at how they will increase in the near future, and stop giving.

Next; This line is spot on about the city. It is a hell hole that is unsafe. The crimes that are reported for the most part go unattended to because the BPD are a group of untrained ,unfit and undisciplined department. Then you have the crimes that are not even reported because of the lack of trust in the department by the public. Much of the public knows enough not to contact the BPD, regardless of the crime, it will only be a frustration experience with no positive end.
